Cancelation and Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy for Digital Product Bundles (e.g., SEO Tools, OTT Access, etc.)

Once the digital product (such as SEO tools, OTT bundles, or any login-based service) is delivered via email or dashboard access:

  • If the login credentials (username/password) provided do not work, we will:

    • Recreate and resend your login details within 24–48 hours.

    • Provide technical support to resolve the issue.

  • If even after support, the access still doesn’t work and you are unable to use the service for more than 3 days due to technical reasons from our side:

    • We will process a refund after deducting 18% GST from the total amount paid.

Note: No refund will be processed if the access was successfully delivered and used even partially.

2. Refund Policy for Lead Generation & Ecommerce Product Review Services

  • Lead generation and ecommerce review services generally take 3–4 business days for delivery.

  • If, after delivery:

    • You do not receive qualified leads, or

    • The reviews are not as per agreed quality/quantity, then:

✅ We will calculate the actual amount spent on advertising (Facebook/Google) and deduct that from the total amount paid.
💰 The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Example:
If you paid ₹10,000 and ₹4,000 was used in ad spend, we will refund ₹6,000.

3. Important Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • We may request additional details (e.g., screenshots, ad dashboard access) to verify the issue before initiating a refund.

4. No Refund Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Services were delivered and used successfully

  • Delay caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Product misuse or violation of terms
